Sixth Scent currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
1. Shipping Rates

Free UK Shipping on orders over £50

Orders below £50 will incur a delivery charge calculated at checkout
All shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours

In rare cases, processing may take up to 48 hours
Orders placed after 1:00 PM on weekdays may be processed the next working day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship primarily using Royal Mail.
For larger, higher-value or heavier orders, we may use alternative courier services such as DPD or Parcelforce to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
The selected courier will depend on the size, weight and destination of the order.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details (where applicable).

While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

We will assist in resolving delivery issues where reasonably possible.
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
Couriers may require a waiting period before a parcel is officially declared lost. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.
We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
